Responsibilities
- To design, coordinate, supervise, implement etc of mechanical building services (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Lift etc).
- To liaise with local authorities and coordinate with other consultant team
- To assist in overall project implementation from initial start to final hand over.
- To attend all projects meeting as and when required and to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and etc
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical discipline.
- Required skill(s): Mechanical/Building Services Design & Calculation, Cost Estimation, Documentation, Supervision, Project Coordination & Management, Autocad
- Applicant must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel
- Preferably with working experiences in local engineering consultancy firm.
- Highly motivated and work well in a team and challenging environment
