Our consulting engineers at this stage comprise all or any of the following as may be necessary in a particular project:
- preparing designs, including MEP work designs, and tender drawings in connection with the works;
- preparing such conditions of contract, specifications, schedules and bills of quantities as may be necessary to enable the client to obtain tenders or otherwise award a contract for carrying out the works.
